Black Plague. What should I say about us. We are wierder than we look. Dave and Jay and Andy grew up in the streets of Gordon Head , a suburb of pastoral Victoria, British Columbia. They were all "headbangers" and liked to cause trouble. The majority of their time was spent drinking beer and being juvenile delinquents while riding on BMXes. Jay and Dave hung out at Andy's house, a slummy shack in the Fernhood. His house was a great place for these 3 hooligans to party because they had the whole top floor, while the other tenants of the building had the lower floors. The lower floors constantly emenated the sounds of fighting and screaming coupled with the stench of low-rent tenents. It was quaint. The character descriptions coming up begin before this time, but thats where the chaotic energies that create Black Plague were spawned. If you want the whole story (extended remix), click here: Andy (VINYL SCRATCHIE) Andy started his music career by recording the news and star trek on a kids tape deck, then making horrible frequency sweeps on his Commodore 64. All his mixing was done with multiple tapedecks playing with the c64, recorded on the internal mic of another low-fi tapedeck. His original band title is so offensive, youre gonna have to email him if you want to know what it is. Andy is a really unusual character. Dave ($NOOTY) Dave started playing guitar in a punk band called Nerve Damage in grade 8. He was such a lousy musician he put bass strings on his gutar cuz they were farther apart. Then he pressed a rotating drill chuck on the strings and ran the output through effects. Dave broke a lot of cheap stereo equipment for a few years, finally settling on computers, record players and video mixers among other pieces of consumer electronics. He is really nerdy and does lots of computer stuff. Jay (BUDA) Jay was the metalest headbanger in the world in grade eight. He went to school with Dave, and was the pimpin playa of the scene. All 8 or 9 of us. He played guitar in a metal band, and had lots of skulls on his clothes. Then he ate a lot of little squares of paper, and suddenly he started wearing baggy pants and saving the environment. He also played guitar for the appropriately named "Smoked out Brains". Dave and Andy and Jay and 7 other friends of theirs moved into a really big house around 96, and that was when Dave and Andy started becoming obsessed with techno. Poor Jay tried to turn it down, but we proved "too loud for the crowd" and he got addicted to techno too. Black Plague's pimpin thus sprung forth to encompass many different styles and methodologies. As the parties grew and the smoke dissipated, an EXTENDACREW appeared. These folks helped make Black Plague do their thing. And so thanks y'all
